We stayed five nights in early January 2024, we were in site 03 on the Riverside Campground. We had a great time and the park was very well maintained and monitored. The check in process was perfect, prepared and executed with pride and professionalism. We had some heavy rain and high winds during our stay, the Park Rangers and Camp Hosts were very involved in our safety and keeping us informed. The only negative is the lack of any cell service, there was WIFI at the park office during the day and cell service was usable at the Dollar General just outside the campground gate. Another great stay at a Georgia State Park.
