We hiked the yellowwood lake trail. The hiked turned out to be closer to 5 miles. Nice scenery, and the women we talked to at the office was delightful. Macy, the office pup was very friendly. We now know to bring an old pie tin so we can obtain a free same day permit and pan for some gold!
