I booked a campsite online, received my confirmation, and the next day was told the campsite was overbooked and my reservation needed to be cancelled. This was a bummer but understandable, these things happen. Whats frustrating is the multitude of phone calls I received from slyvia calling me every 15 minutes and leaving voicemails to the point of being a nuisance. They couldnt issue a refund over the phone even though their website clearly states you can call to cancel reservations. Then when I went on my account to cancel I only received a partial refund even though this was not my fault. very poor customer experience overall.
