Has potential. Campground is filled with good ideas, poorly executed. Seems like owner’s first time doing a campground. Lots of little mindless mistakes...

Huge area, but the RV spots are very close together. Lame when you are surrounded by ATVers with dune buggies. Some guy last night sat in his buggy next to us listening to a loud broadcast of a preacher speaking in tongues. No thanks.

Fire rings are oddly placed at end of grass pads, next to main road. Again, no hopes of any privacy or space, despite being set in a huge field.

Great looking stage, but why is it at the top of a hill, instead of at the bottom? Contradicts natural amphitheater concept.

Half of the RV spots are not level. Insist on one at top of hill that is level.

Roads are paved with loose, large gravel. Needs finer aggregate and needs to be walked in and compacted.

Why build a bath house with only 1 shower for men and 1 for women. You already paid for the building. The incremental coat to add more showers is minimal.

They have a cool location. Big open grass field in close proximity to So. Cumberland Park, Monteagle, and Sewanee. Great wifi. Acceptable cell coverage.
