This place is over priced. It does offer a lot as far as a pool, indoor toddler zone, 2 parks, jump pad, volley ball, mini golf, plenty of spaces. They have concessions and a little store. Planned activities/itinerary. Plenty of indoor space for rainy days. But - it’s very strict - we joke they have a “no fun” policy.

Their new jump pad is horrible, you can’t jump on it. It used to be the kids favorite thing and is now unusable.

The pool was very dirty (bugs!). Our group called several times to have this fixed with no success. It left several swimsuits with holes all over and didn’t smell good. It was decently warm and plenty of room even though it was busy.

The bathrooms are nice and clean. A few toilets and showers with good pressure. There are 3 sinks and only ONE worked, leaving a huge awkward line.

The canoes and paddle boats were filthy and filled with water - unusable.

No e-bikes or kids little battery operated cars (no fun allowed). Only motorized options besides your vehicle is renting one of their golf carts ($$). It’s a huge place with paved roads so it’s nice to have something if you need to get to the shower house or pool. We brought bicycles.

Huge old shade trees are nice depending on the site. Big community of seasonal people; although we know several who have pulled out due to increasing prices and decreasing fun.

We used to stay here several times a year and now only once every 2-3 years and probably not again.

Customer service used to be worse; this time the checkin lady was very pleasant! You go through the drive thru then have to park, go inside, and get checked in. Not ideal with kids and traveling - I feel like they could just hand you everything through the window.

This place has been here forever, revolving names/ownership and has been growing. It is right next to Tyson but it’s not a problem besides traffic before/after shifts.
