COE park on the Mississippi river. Nice park with level, well maintained pads that are not too close together. Some pads are concrete. Restrooms are both vault toilets and larger flush facilities that include showers. Restrooms are well maintained and clean. Campsites have fire rings and firewood is available for sale in the park during certain times.
