We have subscribed to several of the package options and would recommend this local farm to anyone! There truly is a difference in the flavor and texture of dry aged beef. Our family especially loves the roast and ground beef package option. The roasts are always flavorful and tender! Every exchange with the owner has been pleasant and professional.
