I came here with friends. We drove from Dallas, and it took around 2 hr. We had to stop all the way to the park for snacks and restrooms. This was our first visit, and we loved this place. The park was clean. Good place for a group. Beautiful scenery. It was a great day and nice weather here at the park. Impressive state park with very large campsites. Very peaceful out here. We had such a wonderful time here.
