I've lived here for approximately five years and it's basically a slum. You're lucky if anything ever gets fixed within a reasonable time frame and the management could use a great deal of improvement. I would not recommend renting to anyone except the extremely desperate. Overall a horrible experience.

Edit: Since the owner has responded to my comment, I feel like I should go into more detail.

While it's true that the owner has recently improved the roads dramatically, it took many years for this to become a thing. I suspect new management is responsible for the change. Before the improvement, there were massive potholes and the road was extremely ugly and difficult to drive on.

I should also expand a little on my personal experience. When I started living here, the place we lived in looked nice and hopes were high. Little did I realize that everything was a cheap fascade designed to lure in the gullible and the desperate.

Everything from the electrical work to the carpentry was done as cheap as possible and it shows. There is little to no insulation to speak of. I'm not sure if this was an oversight or if the management just never bothered adding any during the construction process.

The owner has pointed out how a lot of residents own their homes and I have no doubt that it's true. If you have your own RV and you're looking for a place to park it. Then this is as decent as any other place. However; if you're in the market for a rental or a purchase, look elsewhere.
