We enjoyed our 10 day stay here. The sites have full hookups. The location is perfect for visiting the fantastic restaurants in the town and a quick drive from Eureka Springs.
The issue here is that it's mostly full time people living there when the rules state you can stay 30 days. Most people rotated sites while we were there instead of leaving. The city is losing a ton of money if they are including power for people staying monthly. We travel the country and monthly sites are always rated with electricity extra.
I mention these concerns because some RVs that came through were turned away as the place has turned into a trailer park. The city cannot bring in city tourism at their city RV park if sites are always full of locals. They need the pull through sites free for tourism and the backend sites setup for month long stays with a maximum of 30 days in a one year cycle. If the city doesn't want that, than leave it as a a trailer park and up the prices, including charging rent plus electricity.
