Be careful & be sure to get a receipt. I moved my nephew into the park & gave the manager $400 cash.
The manager said he was out of contracts & receipt & would have my nephew sign a contract & give him a receipt for the $400 cash the day next day. 10 days later the manager got fired & the own said we did not pay because we didn't have a contract & receipt. My question if you fire the manager (maybe for stealing) then maybe we did pay & at least let him stay until the end of the month. So be careful.....don't take their word for anything.
