Extremely disappointed in our stay at Rocky Branch Park! Facilities are ancient and not maintained well. Electricity did not work the day we arrived at our campsite. Smell of sewage coming from the park almost made us sick to our stomachs! No water at each site. No trash refuse bin without driving quite a distance. Grass and weeds looked as if they hadn't been cut in weeks. No wood available at the sites for camp fires (fortunately we took our own). Access to bathrooms is a nightmare for campers with mobility issues (uneven, rough ground rock approach easy to trip and fall). Access to lake shoreline from the campsites is only good if you're a mountain goat! And the park is not very "pet friendly". In fact, "Mr & Mrs GRUMPY", the park hosts' parting words to us were..."Take your dogs and get out of our park!" As far as I'm concerned, they can KEEP their park! My advice...Don't waste your time going to Rocky Branch Park!
