Seemed to be a nice camping area. We were only there for the afternoon visiting family that was staying there. There are 2 nice spots in the river for kids to swim. The river was very low during our stay, so you could probably walk across the river without it covering your head. (My husband went out a little more than half way and it was waist deep.) The on site store and bathhouse were in a short walking distance and the neighbors around our family's camper, seemed very friendly. I went into their community bathhouse once at about 7 that evening. It appeared to be a typical camping bathroom. All but the toilet stall in the middle had standing water. (It didn't seem to be more than maybe 1/4 an inch.) I glanced in the direction of the shower stalls, but didn't actively look. I was just using the restroom before we hit the road. Oh, I loved the fat squirrels on site!
