Fantastic site with a beautiful view of the bluffs right next to the river. Came here with a group of about 25 and had plenty of space. Here's a breakdown of a couple things that is helpful for planning:

TLDR; Road in is steep, but not as bad as I was expecting (much better than Whitaker point). Camp sites first come first served, there is potable water by the bathrooms.

More details:

First come, first served basis for camp sites. You pay right there at the site with a self-serve slip near the bathrooms. Our site was $20 each, and is intended for 6 people. Each site has a picnic table, spot to hang a lantern, and a fire pit. Lots of space still for playing games.

There are flush bathrooms, no showers. The bathrooms are serviced regularly, daily when we were there.

The roads weren't nearly as bad as I was expecting based on reviews. It is a dirt road, but I found the Whitaker Point trail to be way worse. The road down to camp was steep and left brakes smoking a bit afterwards, but it was relatively smooth (not broken up, giant potholes, etc). You'd still want to be careful in a low-rise vehicle though.

This time of the year the water levels are pretty low, none of the river outfitters are doing floats. Park rangers said that's pretty typical for this time of the year. Someone at camp said it took them 8 hours to go from Ponca to Kyles Landing due to having to get out and push / carry their kayaks.

Overall, beautiful site, well maintained, river is clear, highly recommend.
