Nice clubhouse. 2 washer/dryer combo...one set not working. Satellite TV in the pool table room, with comfortable couch. Beautiful shower (will add pic). Small convience store open when management is present.
Building has outdoor lighting bright enough to light a path to the end of park (dimmer further away from office/clubhouse.)
Back-in sites are further away from sound of semi trucks parking on vacant lot across from RV park. Still hear them, except when a/c fans are on.
Excellent price with electric included (park is connected to large solar panels).
Current manager is pleasant.
