Don't...just don't. This is a horrible park. My fiance and I lived here for about six months, it was a disaster. So from the beginning, the electric is old, constant power surges. We were charged a $200 electric deposit, it was not returned at the end of our stay, she was incredibly shady about what we actually owed. The park owner is not available, there is no on site mangement. The grounds are rundown, a lot of hoarder/drug user tenants. The maintenance people are nice but are limited help. The owner doesn't accept phone calls and barely responds to texts. There are feral animals running around, if you have any pets especially a dog, there are a lot of skunks and cats. The owner is unreasonable and doesn't give proper electric readings, she gives hand scribbled bills on scraps of paper with no explanation, she prefers the tenants guestimate there electric payment. Right before we left rent for one spot, not a pull thru was $375, no amenities. That covers rent, water and sewer...and then guestimate your electric. I would never rent here again, there are many options between Ehrenberg and Quartzite. She is a slumlord, avoid at all costs!
