Disappointing communication. Scott had made promises that didn't really follow through. Perhaps the business is suffering a bit, given all these reviews date back mostly 4-5 years ago, and there's been no positive reviews on here for over 2 years? You just hope when a place puts LOVE and SACRED all over their marketing website... that the communication is professional and that promises made will be honored. We got back promptly when promised... and by the time Scott picked up the phone, they'd gone back on what had been discussed just 16 hours earlier. Again - were they not all about humans first and that they do what they do out of love.... and then you find out they really are just running a business - sad. We cannot speak to anything else as we at this point are disillusioned with the folk running the retreat.
