Management is incredibly unprofessional and just blatantly break California housing laws.

Water was shut off for 6+ hours with no warning several times while we lived there, over 6 years and they haven't fixed it enough to avoid an "emergency shut off" at least once every 3 months.

They yelled at us on multiple occasions for minor issues like speeding or not answering the door when maintenance knocked. They overcharged us for a maintenance fix (charged us for way more time than the guy was there) and when we pointed it out we incurred their full wrath - they started calling regularly and screaming, demanding that we move out and giving us timelines to do so without actually going through any formal eviction process, probably because they knew they had no legal grounds to evict us.

We finally got tired of being bullied and just moved out ourselves, but we were very lucky to have somewhere to go, I can't imagine being in a position where I had no options and was being harassed this way.

We are reporting them to fair housing, it's that bad. Luckily they left a nice voicemail for us where they recorded themselves breaking housing law demanding we move out in 1 week.

Oh, and rent gets raised every 6 months or so. I wonder how much they get paid to harass their tenants.
