Our family just got back from a weekend trip here. First and foremost, I would like to thank Darin, the camp host, for making our stay feel so welcomed! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the area and is willing to share that with his guests. We stayed in a yurt and it was very clean and spacious when we arrived. There were sheets provided, but we brought our own. Our campsite was so big and spacious, and located right behind us was a small creek and a beautiful meadow. We did extensive research before booking. Some essentials that we brought and we felt was necessary:
-Mosquito net with canopy (bugs can get annoying, comes with nature of course) but it really helped with enjoying meals and cooking
-Large gallons of water & portable shower (no running water on site)
-Pump gas at Porterville before heading up mountains (no gas stations for an hour going towards campsite)
