I planned a mini vacation time with my family during Thanksgiving week to relax and enjoy what the desert area offers including the hot springs at this place. I booked ahead of time to spend our Thanksgiving day at these place. We traveled far and when we arrived we found out they were closed. I called to request a refund. They did it, but I cannot recommend it.
