We stayed here during a recent trip to Knoxville. They were very accommodating when we called on short notice. However, the roads are very rough and full of potholes and the sites are not level. I was able to back in ok but the sites are narrow and tight. Probably 80% of the spots are "seasonal" (aka permanent) so it resembles a trailer park more than an RV park. The power went out while we were there, but it was not their fault. A tree had fallen on the power lines in a nearby neighborhood. When I walked to the office to inquire, she lady was a bit rude and just said, "They're working in the line over there. We're all out just like you" like I was supposed to know. There was a nice view of the lake behind our spot and some decent walking trails. Also, you have to pay extra for the wifi service from a 3rd party service. I can't recommend this place and probably will not stay again.
