Cabin was infested with bed bugs and employee kept making remarks as if my family must have caused the infection, saying that there has not been any mention or report of any type from any other guest from the previous guests that had occupied the cabin in the previous 3 weeks. After continuous conversation as to what would be done to accommodate my family at 3 am, it was divulged by a different employee that the very cabin had been treated for bed bugs only a month prior to our visit. The service and attitude of one of the employee's were not as professional and accommodating as I'd think they could've and should've been, considering the seriousness of the situation. My family and I ended up going to a cabin with some other family members also staying overnight. First time I stayed at the park, which we have our annual family barbecue every year for the past 5 years. First bad experience I've encountered at the park and would recommend using the facilities, except for staying overnight in the cabins they have for rent.
