Incredibly scenic mountain/canyons and waterways where wildlife abounds. It has been called the “Yosemite of Los Angeles” for good reasons. Many of the “hiking” trails are actually level roads easily walkable for persons of any ability. Hollywood film and television companies have used this park for countless productions (e.g., “Rifleman, “M*A*S*H” and Planet of the Apes”. )
