The campground has a lot of nice tree coverage. It's definitely a worn campground, but ok, if you just need a place to sleep. The table tops are not clean, so be sure to have wet wipes on hand. The bathrooms are portable potties and are fairly clean. At night is when the campground is best. It gets really dark and quiet about an hour after sunset. The morning rise is really nice for the only noise you hear are birds chirping away. There's a wild turkey that roams around and is pretty friendly. For the cost of $40.00, I've stayed in nicer ones for less cost. But hey, it served the purpose. I would recommend it and would stay there again to see the turkey.
