Been here a hand full of times. And if you want close to the beach camping. With water/showers/toilets. Cleaned almost daily. Then this is your spot. 45$ for camping for one night when I went.
No reception within a mile or 2, radius of the location. Or the walk to the beach. Rather snug campgrounds, but everyone keeps to them selves. And is rather friendly each time I go. Small trailers/campers could pull in and sneak in with ease. But 30+ ft RVs might get tight. But for regular camping in tents or hammocks it's perfect!!
Composite picnic tables , with a fire ring amd grate to cook or heat things on. Bring your own fire wood or buy some on the nearby visitor center.
Security patrols the park in a EV Every few hours. And it's a great place to camp at least once!
