I have been trying to get a refund now since September, and still have not recieved it. I have called the office several times, and on the few occasions I was able to talk to someone (most the time I leave voice messages) who said they would have someone contact me, it's not happening. If you may need to cancel your reservation, and have a problem, good luck trying to get it resolved.
I've called the number you posted which is the same number I have been calling for the past 4 months and left messages, so now you have two more messages from me today. What you "Silver View RV Resort" can do is respond to anyone one of my multiple phone calls or e-mails.
