After experiencing no power for two days, the team did not bother to try to reach our family reunion group of 15 with 4 rooms including an ADA room for our disabled father. After a long day traveling from all over the US , we arrived at the Ranch itself to be told they’d been out of power for two days. We had to sort alternate arrangements on arrival on Christmas afternoon. This meant driving another two hours to a different hotel. In addition, the restaurant at the Inn where we had made reservations for dinner for our large party on 12/25 and 12/26 had not bothered to call us either. Lastly, when I reached out after the whole ordeal to request a possible discount for a future stay (since it was meant to be family reunion after all) there was no response. Radio silence.
