Area is nice but that's it unfortunately. We stayed here for only 1 night in a tent on a Wednesday, a couple days before memorial day. Tons of other people already having there tents set up and "reserving" spots for friends/family. So be early or you end up next to the people who drink so much they puke already in the afternoon.
Loud music from other campers but the river covered most of the noise.
You should also watch out for the spiders (don't get bit!!!) and the skunk that lives at the river and doesn't seem to be afraid of people at all!!! It walked right up to all the tents, so clean up after yourself.
Also, people seem to not know how to use a bathroom properly... just disgusting.
