Very nice park. New restrooms recently installed with flush toilets and shower stalls. The showers are free and *not* coin operated!
It's close enough to the city that there is still cellphone reception. The park warden (Rob) is very nice and helped us with a flat tire. I love his Santa cowboy hat!
Watch out for ground squirrels, crows/magpies, and coyotes--they're adventurous and we had our trash bag broken into overnight.
