Visiting this campground is a longstanding family tradition. Location is beautiful, trails are great, grounds are well cared for considering the amount of human traffic, and the hosts are helpful. The Nantahala river and forest is a wonderful place.
A good camping experience is always dependent on good preparation and a positive attitude. If you've got those down, you'll be near guaranteed for a great time here!
And if we all take care of the camp, we can keep it around and in good condition for years and years to come!! (For the love of everything holy, pick up your trash!)
