I’m not one to leave a review. But I had reservations for about a month. My dog came down sick and was not able to make my trip. When I called 14 days prior to my arrival to cancel I was very disappointed with my options. I lost my deposit, asked if I could change my stay to a later date due to my dog’s illness like maybe in September. Her response was NO. Very as a matter of fact.
Now, I know they will be able to fill that spot because of the summer and ample time to do so.
My point is why double dip your customers.
I’m so disappointed in their customer service. I’m not going to stay here anymore. I’m given them a 3 ⭐️ only because I love to camp here and the staff is very friendly.
