Stayed for a week in a large 5th wheel and can't say I'd recommend it for anyone with a large rig among other issues. To keep it short and sweet, 1) Utilities aren't in a friendly place for a long rig(located up front by road), 2) The site was littered with screws, sharp plastic, and glass, 3) the park was having voltage issues when it was hot. To go into detail, sites are very tight. The only way I could get backed in was luckily having an empty pull through site adjacent to mine to pull into and then back in. I had to buy $250 worth of extension cord and more sewer slinky hose to be able to park right to allow my 2 vehicles to fit. Throughout my week stay, I found over more than a handful of screws and other debris that could be dangerous to vehicle tires, feet, and paws. My surge protector was kicking out one leg of power due to the voltage issues. I measured myself and was getting 104-109 volts on one post and 120-123v on the other. Called management and had a quick visit from their maintenance man that dismissed the problem like nothing was wrong. He found acceptable voltage to the ground post but NOT the neutral post like there should be. (NESC standards say 114v is the lowest acceptable voltage for household appliances so I was concerned about causing damage to my rooftop A/C compressors and refrigerator compressor). Seems as though other people down my row were having voltage issues also the next morning when it started to heat up. Then icing on the cake was being told I had too much trash at the curb the morning of departure and that I had to haul it to the dumpster myself. It might be acceptable for an overnight stay in a smaller unit less than 35' but that's about it. For positives, the park was quiet for how packed it was an the few neighbors I met seemed nice and welcoming.
