This is a very nice state park that is more dedicated towards camping weather, tent, camping or RV camping. There are plenty of spots for campers. There's also fishing and you're right on the lake with a beautiful view. I did not find a place where you could swim. The park is next to a fish hatchery but I don't know if you can get a tour there or not. We did not check. If you have dogs with you, they do have the little bags to pick up the little or big doggie poop that your furry children leave on the ground.
There are a couple of buildings with restrooms and showers for registered campers as well as the laundry facilities.
If I were a camper, this would be one place to go for a very quiet scenic view.
