We had an RV site booked to stay one night after a friends wedding nearby. When we arrived around midnight we found the entire RV park and cabins had no electricity. Since we needed power we decided this wasn’t the place for us. Especially since it was overcrowded and noisy. We left and with the help of a friend we were able to park and plug in at a friends house. The next morning I emailed asking if we could get a refund since the reservation guaranteed electricity. They said they came in the morning, found our info still on the board, cancelled the reservation and couldn’t issue a refund. Not the best way to run a business if expecting a return customer. Based on poor customer service, failure to provide what we were supposedly paying for and basically running a trailer park, I would not recommend.
