This is backwoods camping at it's finest. There are no hookups, no plumbing, and no cell phone reception. The Strawberry General Store is a close enough drive if you need some extra supplies, or that emergency phone call home. The campground has an outhouse for those afraid to "do their business" in the woods, but other than that you are on your own. I love going to Herring Creek Campground to unwind. There are plenty of hiking trails, and the creek has lots of Trout. Please do us all a favor when you visit, be respectful and clean up after yourself. If you packed it in, please pack it out when you leave. The rest of us will do the same for you :)
