We enjoyed it. Spots are a tad close but lots of trees so it isn't too bad. Access to the river and town are great. We had a trailer. Hookup was easy although the water was below ground so kind of muddy. Speaking of which, the sites become shallow ponds in the rain. But we'll be back.
