The facilities were very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Inexperienced RV'ers may find it difficult to park depending on the spot. The grounds were wonderful. Its very nice. Excellent proximity to town. Less than a minute by bicycle and so close to the beautiful French Broad. The place is hard to beat and not terribly expensive. I'll go again.
