Pretty setting, but beware that there is NO WATER ๐ chemical Porta potties and no showers. No cell phone reception, so you might go into tech withdrawal ๐. You must make reservations with recreation.gov, so don't expect to camp here if you didn't!
That being said, the camp hosts are friendly and helpful.
Access to the lake from the campground is about a 1&1/3 mile steep hike, so plan on driving down to the lake or include getting there while hiking. Each campsite has a picnic table, fire ring, and BBQ and hook to hang your food out of the way of raccoons๐. Or.....a solar shower maybe?
Lots of hiking trails with trailheads along dry Creek Rd.
Firewood and water can be purchased at the kiosk, nearest grocery store is either Cloverdale or Healdsburg.
