This is a single reservation group campsite for 50 people, 10 sites all with their own picnic tables and fire rings, three of the 10 sites are walk-in only but are river-side. In the center of the group campground is a single-stall vault toilet (door lock is broken - July 2018), a large bear-proof trash recepticle, and a group area with two BBQ pits, a large group fire ring, and four tables. There is room for 12 vehicles or four RVs and six vehicles. There is no running water, bear boxes, or electricity. The campground is right off busy Ice House Road that can be loud during the day but quiet at night. This campground is next to a stream with somewhat easy access to a 5' deep swimming hole (to the far left of the foot bridge). There are day visitors during the weekend that will walk through the campgrounds to get to the stream but we didn't see a single visitor pass through on the weekdays. If you keep the gate closed, no one will drive in, but they can walk in. It is a quick five minute drive to the pay showers at Fashoda Campground ($1 per minute and you pay with quarters) and there is a mom&pop store next to the ranger station about ten minutes away (south towards 50). There is black bass and brown trout in the reservoir, so bring your fishing gear (no fish in the stream, water level was too low). Also bring plenty of repellent for the biting flies. As a side note, we had no cellular service at this campground.
