We live on a gated community in Florida and Pine Mountain is the least welcoming community we've had the displeasure of staying. Signs everywhere stating what you can and can't do like being at school. The gate staff were not esp friendly and leave at 9pm, the guest representative Yvonne was uncontactable and rude when she finally did get in touch. It's over an hour from Yosemite Valley so certainly doesn't justify the $44 dollars they charge for up to 7 days access, meaning our 2 night stay wasn't a pleasure.
