I reserved a room 2 months in advance, for a wedding we were attending. When we got there they placed us in a ADA room on the first floor. I did not realize this until I entered the room. Made them aware that I did not want nor need a ADA room. For one thing I wanted a bathtub and not a shower.
The room was very small. They had no towel racks and your clean towels were on a self in the closet. Not sure how this meets ADA because there were not grab handles next to the toilet. The bathroom had one small hook.
Late at night and at 5:00 AM that morning we could hear our neighbors so clearly it woke us up from a sound sleep- the ADA room had an adjoining room. Real bad. Our neighbors were talking in normal voices - thin walls!!!
Coffee in room was so bitter, just awful.
To say the least - I was exhausted the next day due to lack of sleep.
In addition - tiny television
The only thing I liked was the shutters on the window-which blacken the room.
