I brought a group of 40 people in June of 2022. We stayed at site 1, Kokanee. It had plenty of room for all of us, great separation from the other sites, a great host (thanks Steve), and all the kids loved adventuring along the creek and swimming at the reservoir.
There were more than enough picnic tables for a huge group, enough bear proof storage for all our food and coolers, the built in grills and flat tops were great for cooking over a wood fire, and the bathrooms were in good shape (pit toilet style, though). There is a huge prep table which is great for cooking and for serving food buffet style.
The trip to the reservoir is a little over 20 minutes on foot, so more convenient by car. The water was pretty cool in early June. Probably in the lower 60s as a guess.
We had no bees (a concern from earlier reviews), but a few mosquitoes and various other insects. The bears didn't visit us, but there was evidence of their presence in the area.
