We visited Twin Falls. I'm not sure how they intersect with Rock Island State Park. I was a little confused as if Twin Falls is located inside Rock Island Park or if they are two separate parks. We didn't hike anywhere other than where we could see the Falls. So I can't say about the other areas. But where we were, the parking is scarce. Maybe 10 spots at the most. There also wasn't any restrooms .
