First, I look down on no one. There are people living in travel type trailers there. One never knows their situation especially with recent disasters in this area. I was interested in a permanent home in the park. Though this would not be my preferred park, the home was newer and very nice. They would not take me: Single 55+ employed female with two STRICTLY indoor cats. Apparently only one pet allowed. Much nicer parks take more pets. Dayton Road has people with multiple small dogs. That park is much nicer. Their pet policy actually enhances the park, does not detracts from the appeal. I'm editing my review to add: The home just closed. For $5,000 less than I would have paid the seller. I told my agent this. I had looked at the home before when it was listed for much higher. I was willing to pay her the then asking price of 109 without a lower offer. Also please don't ask people to call you after you reject them. My agent said she also called and was told the same thing. They won't take two cats. So I want to talk to you why? Well, the seller could have had an extra 5 grand if they took me. That is true. The policy is eliminating a portion of buyers.
