The place itself is quiet, but it's the owners that make it horrible.
The owners are constantly nitpicking any little thing. Can't have a child's toy laying on the floor, can't have a pumpkin, if a random piece of trash happens to blow into your lot, expect to be fined. Go 6mph instead of 5, get a rude message about it. Oh, and ramdon dogs run around who have no owner, but let your own dog pee without a leash and you'll get a message.
Now I would understand if the place was pristine, but it's a mess. There is a large overflowing storage shed, and a broken down gazebo type thing with wood laying everywhere.
Their communication could use a major lesson in customer service and everyone agrees.
I wasn't even going to write this because I personally hate writing bad reviews, but THEN to top it off after leaving before months end they tried to tell me I owe an additional month! Absurdity.
Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of better options in the area.
