The only deal breaker for a repeat vacation is the dinner situation. The location/weather of this vacation spot lends itself to hearty menu options. When the weather is below freezing, then last option I want are 4 diver scallops and a small salad. Another is 3 tiny lollipop lamb chops. That's fine, but you could offer heartier options as well. It wouldn't be hard to offer chicken, baked potatoes, stew, chili's, steak, lasagna, pot pies - but a slice of rolled-up beef stuffed with spinach? Who goes to Wyoming for scallops.
