We stayed two nights in The Lodge during the week before Labor Day weekend. It is a big beautiful house that sleeps 20 I think. Big stone fireplace, 3 br downstairs with 2 queen beds in each and a loft with 6 or 7 queen beds and a bathroom. 2 additional bathrooms downstairs, one with a jacuzzi tub. There are new owners there who are very accommodating and are trying to get everything that was neglected back in good shape so we’ll be anxious to check it out next summer. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The lake was a little too full of green algae for our liking but that’s to be expected at the end of a very hot summer. The campground is more wooded than most in the area so you definitely get that camping experience! Golf carts available, snacks in the camp store along with good ice cream. Wish we could’ve been there for the weekend because it looked like lots of fun things planned!👍
