We camped over the weekend and had a good time.
Cons: SO many ticks. Also the pit toilets all around the campground are horrifying. Dirty, smell disgusting. You can’t use them without gagging. Anytime we went to the bathroom we drove to the nice bathrooms near the beach. Hiking trails are more like walks in the grass. There aren’t actual trails.
Pros: Nice fire pit, large grassy sites (not dirt or rocks), relatively quiet over Memorial Day weekend. Nice beach.
