We love this campground in the past.stayed their this July and the elderly women manager kept telling my grandson who is 8 he can not leave the campgrounds bike at our site or by the pond when their as other people may want to use it. We had him take it back and it sat by the office For 3 hrs as he was in the water and no one checked it out. So he checked out. When he was in our camper and I was outside the camper the woman told me it can’t stay here it has to be in us. I told her my grandson was inside camper using the restrooms and she replied back sarcastically Really. And I said yes really and she went on her way. Also at night train ride which you pay for as I did she checked for wrist bands which we ha. Then a group of 10 got on the train ahead of us with no wrist bands on and when she came back to us my wife informed her the group of 10 got on and had to wrist band and the train started to leave and she then asked to see bands and the one adult said sorry we don’t have them and said he will pay when returning. Well the store was closed and she was not there and the group of 10 rode freeThats not right everyone else paid. The other staff were great. That’s the reason for the 3 rating
