We love this campground. This is the second time we've stayed in site 33 (once last year, once this year). Electric hookups, very good bathrooms/shower house, several playgrounds around, paved camp road, very little poison ivy, lots of birds... I can go on.
And I will: there is a local aquatics center a short walk/bike ride from camp. Only a $5 entrance and they have two giant slides, a kids area, diving board, lots of chairs and shade.
If you have bikes, the downtown area is only 2 miles away and has a great coffee shop and a couple cute antique stores.
If you're driving, Horicon marsh and nature preserve is only 6 miles up the road and has amazing trails.
The only down sids are the mosquitoes (bring a screen room if you want to sit outside), and the sites are on the small side, but plenty big enough for our 26ft rv and 8 ft screen room.
